WEFT (Written English for Tourism)

Set by LCCI (London Chamber of Commerce Institute), WEFT tests a candidate’s skills to communicate effectively in English at customer liaison level for the hospitality, travel and tourism industries. It examines a student’s ability to work effectively at a professional level, using spoken and written business communication conducted in English.
