Our ESP (English for Specific Purposes) Courses consist of Medical English, Legal English and English for Tourism, or any other particular subject a group may wish to study. The courses are designed according to participants’ specific needs and their future objectives. Students are given the opportunity to improve their ability to communicate in English, using generic jargon whether medical, legal, that used in the tourism sector, or any other specialist field.
Please note that these are specialist courses and therefore require a minimum of 4 students per class. For individual bookings please refer to our English Combination Course (am200105a OR am200105b) which will allow you to participate in General English group classes and specialise in your chosen subject with Individual Tuition.
All courses include:
- Welcome pack
- Orientation walk + welcome evening
- Discover scuba diving taster
- Film viewing and discussion
- Botanical Gardens Visit (October to April)
- Discover Maltese Countryside (October to April)
- 1 x Beach Club entrance per week (May to September)
- International Students Salsa Party (May to September)
- Seventies Retro Kitsch Party (Every two weeks) (May to September)
- Free use of WIFI in the school
- Fees for text books are € 25.00 if pre-booked, otherwise it will vary according to course and level. Prices available on request.
Supplement
There is a 35 Euro per week supplement for courses in July and August 2010.
Courses start every Monday. Sessions are of 45 minutes duration. All courses include use of audio and other teaching aids. Certificates of attendance are issued at the end of the course.
