CPE (Certificate of Proficiency in English)

CPE is at Level 5 in the Cambridge five level system. This course indicates an advanced level of competence which is recognised as fulfilling entrance requirements in English language to British universities and many universities in other English-speaking countries, and by other institutions of higher education and professional bodies worldwide. In a number of countries the CPE provides exemption from local English language requirements or is a qualification for admission to courses or employment where a thorough knowledge of English is required.
